Atlas is a sci-fi thriller film also starring Sterling K. Brown, of This Is Us fame, and Simu Liu.
It follows Atlas Shepherd (Jennifer), a brilliant but misanthropic data analyst with a deep distrust of artificial intelligence.
She joins a mission to capture a renegade robot with whom she shares a mysterious past. When plans go awry, her only hope of saving the future of humanity from AI is to trust it.
Before Atlas, the last film Jennifer starred in was written, directed, produced, and financed by herself.
It was called This Is Me... Now: A Love Story and it was accompanied by an album, This Is Me... Now, sequel to 2002's This Is Me... Then, and a documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told.
All were inspired by her husband Ben Affleck, whom Jennifer married in 2022, 20 years after they first got together.
In their time apart, Jennifer had twins Max and Emme, 16, whom she co-parents with her third ex-husband Marc Anthony.
Meanwhile, Ben co-parents his three children Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12, with his first ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

Per the New York Post, J.Lo's luxurious, two-story residence was first listed back in 2017 at $26.95 million.
The buyer's identity and the final sell price is unknown, but the most recent asking price had already lowered to $24.99 million.
The lavish residence is located in the neighborhood of Madison Square North, also known as NoMad.
When Jennifer bought the house in 2014, it was for $20.1 million, the New York Post claim, so it is thought she has made a small profit.
The building itself, built in 1924, has a total of four penthouse units, with other residents including Chelsea Clinton.
The Whitman building also has a doorman at the front 24/7, as well as locked storage and a lobby.
J.Lo's house spanned a whopping 6,454 square feet with additional outdoor space amounting to 3,000 square feet - including private terraces and a roof deck to allow residents to take in the scenic, city skyline.
It has four bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as a lounge and two wine fridges.
